This project consists of replacing the two existing Building 'M'
cupola skylights with new cupolas, including a wind turbine and a
wind scoop, and erecting a tensile structure in the eastern
meadow opposite Building 'M'.  The tensile structure will carry
integrated solar fabric panels.
